Discover Kaziranga National Park 3Days, 2Nights

An inexplicable sense of excitement envelopes you as you head towards one of the most popular habitats of the great Indian one-horned rhinoceros, the Kaziranga National Park. The anticipation of spotting this great animal up close enlivens the otherwise peaceful drive to the park. The highway is flanked by dense forests on one side and verdant tea plantations on the other. Kohora is the base most visitors make a beeline towards, but even before one reaches this gateway into Kaziranga, it becomes clear that this entire area is rhino territory. In fact, it is quite possible to spot a stray rhino grazing on the side of the road even before entering the park limits.

Men from nearby villages can often be found ambling by the pavement with binoculars hanging around their necks, which they offer on rent to the occasional tourist who stops to have a closer look. This unexpected sighting heightens the excitement and leaves visitors craving for more such eventualities within the park.

 

Welcome on arrival at Guwahati Airport/ Guwahati Railway Station . After that you will be taken straight towards Kaziranga, the land of one-horned Rhinos. On arrival check- in to a wildlife resort. 

Overnight in Kaziranga.

Early morning elephant safari 05:30 am to 06:30 am. Wake up call half an hour before the

ride . ENJOY the wildlife habitat of Kaziranga including the one horned rhinos, dear, wild elephants

etc, Return back to resort for breakfast. 

After breakfast jeep safari (either central or western range).  After having lunch take some rest and in the evening we shall take you to the KAZIRANGA

NATIONAL ORCHID AND BIODIVERSITY PARK, situated 2 km away from central reserve

(KOHORA RANGE), spanning across 18 bigha (5.95 acres) of land is the largest orchid park of its

kind adding its glory to the pride of KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK. Scientists have discovered

850 species of orchid in the north east region. Out of the 1314 kind of species discovered so far

KAZIRANGA NATIONAL ORCHID PARK claims to possess around 500 varieties of it. After that

visit to ORGANIC TEA ESTATE in Kaziranga

Overnight in Kaziranga.

After breakfast checkout from hotel and our driver shall take you straight towards Guwahati and drop you at Airport and your journey ends.
